 DevOps History at EDP\nSpeaker: Sérgio Amorim\n\nDevOps in an enterprise 
 company is not easy\, but it is possible! In this talk I’ll present the 
 brief DevOps History at EDP\, one of the largest companies in Portugal.\n\
 nEither in cloud systems or in traditional legacy systems\, the path to a 
 DevOps pipeline is inevitable. I’ll take with you through our journey\, 
 showing you our path\, and what we did to overcome some of the obstacles. 
 Hopefully\, after this session\, you will know how to avoid our mistakes a
 nd replicate our successes.\n\nSérgio Amorim works in EDP as a DevOps Eng
 ineer. He is responsible for the DevOps implementation\, changing the way 
 how software is constructed\, built\, deployed\, and operated. With the he
 lp of a framework\, some tools but mostly through coaching the devops move
 ment is starting to take shape\, which will help the DevOps teams produce 
 better software and\, in turn\, help the business get better value.\n\nTal

 eaker: Tiago Marreiros\n\nBPI’s IT is committed to Agile since 2010 and 
 is one of the largest agile implementation in Portugal. Starting with Scru
 m\, we have been continuously iterating and over the past few years we hav
 e ventured into Lean ideas\, including Kanban and DevOps. We will share th
 is journey with you\, what we've learned and where we're heading. Why did 
 we build our own custom tool to manage the whole value stream? What does D
 evOps mean in a large banking organization? How do we handle multiple tech
 nologies\, from mainframe to low-code? How do we manage to iterate and kee
 p the momentum? These are some of the questions we will try to answer with
  this talk.\n\nTiago Marreiros has been part of the 9-year journey that tr
 ansformed the way BPI leverages IT\, from waterfall to agile and onwards t
 o lean and DevOps. He is currently responsible for the tool that enables a
  truly transparent\, end-do-end\, value stream that brings together everyo
