SUMMARY:Build at C&S for NASA Space Apps Challenge\, Day 1
DESCRIPTION:Make sure you register! See more information including the sche
 dule at [https://2022.spaceappschallenge.org/locations/pittsburgh/event](h
 ttps://2022.spaceappschallenge.org/locations/pittsburgh/event).\n\n**THIS
IS DAY 1. Local judging starts on Day 2 at 1:30 PM. [RSVP HERE FOR DAY 2](
 https://www.meetup.com/pittsburgh-code-supply/events/288464076/).**\n\nSig
n up for the event and show your pride in Pittsburgh technology: Robotics\
 , software\, education\, medicine\, and many other areas!\n\nContribute to
applications and other projects that solve problems or put forth new idea
s\, and can optionally make use of NASA's great open data.\n\nThe world ne
eds YOUR ideas! All space enthusiasts are welcome\, including but not limi
 ted to software engineers\, designers\, UI/UX analysts\, writers\, and art
ists!\n\nFor software projects\, prototypes with some functionality are gr
eat\, but we will be focusing on the ideas and the feasibility of completi
on\, so "some code" will be sufficient in many cases!\n\nPittsburgh will h
ave a local event winner\, and select projects will be nominated for globa
l judging.\n\nSpecific challenges will be announced\, but there will also
be a freestyle category for those who wish to undertake space related proj
ects of any type. These projects will not be eligible for global judging\,
but we will promote them widely. We are especially interested in freestyl
e projects related to art\, advanced visualization\, and open source 3D en
gines.\nInformation about our Slack workspace and other event software wil
l be emailed to all registrants soon.\n\nhttps://www.devopschat.co/meeting
