SUMMARY:Compensation Survey Working Group Kickoff Meeting
DESCRIPTION:In 2017\, Code & Supply conducted a compensation survey of its 
 membership. We surveyed nearly 10% of our then nearly 3\,000 member organi
 zation. C&S' membership has vastly increased in that time! Between that an
 d the simple passage of time\, we want to do another compensation survey!\
 n\nLast time\, we used small groups at our Build Night events to help buil
 d the questions and a small team performed the analysis.\n\nThis time\, we
 're going to have a dedicated "working group" style Meetup to kick off the
  effort and we'll decide how we want to run it at that meeting.\n\nWe'll a
 lso start thinking about questions and how we're going to analyze the data
