lobal pandemic has forced a huge shift in how work gets done. Many tech co
mpanies have made the shift to remote-first working. Whilst for the most p
art this has improved many peoples work-life balance\, we have also lost a
lot of the things that lead to innovation in the workplace\, such as sere
ndipitous conversations\, mentoring of less experienced staff and opportun
ities to gather together at events face-to-face.\n\nSo what does the futur
e hold? How\, as tech leaders\, can we balance both face to face and remot
e-first working? Do we divert investment to get people together for more "
off sites"? Do we create more\, smaller hubs as our colleagues move away f
rom cities to the countryside?\n\nAGENDA\n\n3:00pm — Welcome to this liv
e panel discussion\n3:05pm — James Lewis will present the topic of the d
