 \nTalk #1: High productive delivery culture for continuous delivery at Mer
 cedes-Benz.io\nSpeaker: André Macedo\n\nIn this presentation\, I will sho
 w you our journey to achieving DevOps culture in our company. Since the be
 ginning\, we wanted to be able to quickly start delivering customer value 
 in self-independent teams without an initial complex setup. I will also fo
 cus on how we deal with a fast growing company facing the challenge of giv
 ing freedom/autonomy to our teams. The pains we had and the lessons learne
 d will be covered as well.\n\nI will also deep dive a little bit on our te
 chnical stack and show how a team can set up a new microservice from scrat
 ch and run it in production in a couple of minutes. This is possible with 
 some libraries we made on top of our CICD and PaaS (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
 .\n\nAndré Macedo is responsible for the overall Architecture and Technol
 ogy at Mercedes-benz.io. He is currently working together with the teams t
 o define the technical roadmap and optimizing the software development lif

 belo\n\nDeploying and maintaining any TV service brings along a specific s
 et of challenges that can be either overwhelming or game-changing. How did
  DevOps help us turn the table and what do we still need to figure out?\nW
 e will share this journey with you\, its obstacles and findings altogether
 . And some leadership tips too.\n\nCristina Moura Rebelo has more than 10 
 years of experience in complex project management. Cristina is passionate 
 for project management\, especially using agile approaches as a means to o
 ptimize time and resources. Currently she manages a team of 20+ developing
  Meo TV. With a degree in Management\, a graduation at Universidade Catól
 ica Portuguesa and two project management certifications\, blogger and wri
 ter (both professional articles and poetry books)\, married and mother of 
 two\, she often participates as speaker/host in tech and leadership events
  and is often involved in volunteering activities.\n\n====================
