 \nTALK #1: Our DevOps Journey @ ClarityAI\nSpeaker: Eduardo Ferro\, Platfo
 rm Eng. Manager @ ClarityAI\n\nI will talk about the journey ClarityAI is 
 on towards DevOps culture. I will show our evolution using the Team Topolo
 gies terms and some of the strategies we have used (Focus on Developer Exp
 erience\, Self Service\, reducing toil\, etc).\nWe are in the early stages
  of our journey and we still have a long way to go\, but we have made seri
 ous progress in this last year and a half\, so we would like to share our 
 experience so far.\n\nBIO:\nMy name is Eduardo Ferro Aldama (@eferro). I a
 m a Software Engineer passionate about working in small safe steps (3s) an
 d helping teams to do so.\nI have more than 25 years of experience working
  to create value through software (programming\, infrastructure\, testing\
 , product\, teams\, etc.) in various industries (traffic systems\, retail\
 , telecommunications\, video\, advertising). I am passionate about teamwor
 k\, continuous delivery\, and lean product development. I am looking to ge
 nerate impact through agile development (XP)\, Devops culture\, and the gr

 ernational\n\nAt PMI we are migrating over 1000 applications from on-prem 
 to AWS. This brings unprecedented organizational challenges to teams and d
 ecades old departments who are now shifting to a product based org and ado
 pting DevOps best practices. I will talk a bit more in detail about the pl
 atform architecture and the teams that are making this transition to the c
 loud happen\n\nBIO:\nI am cloud engineer at PMI\, my first "big" tech proj
 ect was a mobile app system to help bakers who do door to door deliveries 
 manage their orders and trips\, that project was an economical failure :) 
 After that I worked as a developer for ecomerce and car subscription indus
 tries. In 2018 I transitioned to full time DevOps engineer and have since 
 been involved in migrating a variety of applications to the AWS cloud as w
 ell as implementing multiple cloud native solutions\n\n=========\n\nIMPORT
