 bilities of Open Source. Throughout his career in IT\, he has been a devel
 oper\, system administrator and reverse engineer.\nProject Calico is an op
 en-source project and network security solution for containers\, virtual m
 achines\, and native host-based workloads\, with an active development and
  user community. Calico Open Source was born out of this project and has g
 rown to be the most widely adopted solution for container networking and s
 ecurity\, powering more than 100M containers across 2M+ nodes in 166 count
 ries. Calico supports a broad range of platforms including Kubernetes\, Op
 enShift\, Mirantis Kubernetes Engine (MKE)\, OpenStack\, and bare metal se
 rvices. Calico provides developers and cluster operators with a consistent
  experience and set of capabilities whether running in public cloud or on-
 prem\, on a single node\, or across a multi-thousand node cluster.\nThe Ca
 lico community has 7000+ active Slack members and over 200 contributors ar
 ound the world. The invention and continuous development of this solution 
 would not be possible without the help of contributors\, ranging from indi
