 up\, Aditya told us a story about a squirrel who cares about quality. Foll

 o through his adventures of product version systems and compatibility test

 r you?\n• Q&A\n\nAditya is the DevOps QA Lead and a SAFe Program Consult
 ant (SPC) at WorkSafeBC. He has experience in leadership\, automation and 
 working on his parenting skills. As strong advocate of quality\, he consid
 ers information technology as a means to an end\, delivering the customer 
 what they need. He has been associated with both WorkSafeBC DevOps and the
  Vancouver DevOps Meetup group since their early days.\n\nKaspar von Grün
 berg\, CEO at Humanitec:\nHow to make developers self-serving with an Inte
 rnal Developer Platform\n\nWhy do the best teams in the world ship faster 
 than anyone else? Because they built their own Internal Developer Platform
 s (IDPs) to make their developers self-serving. In his talk\, Kaspar will 
 explain why teams like Github\, Google and Spotify built IDPs and what imp
 act they have on their teams. He will demo how to build your own IDP using
  Humanitec.\n\nKaspar is the CEO and founder of Humanitec. He has spent th
 e last 10 years building and running software companies from retail applic
 ations and door-to-door campaigning technology to monitoring and evaluatio
 n for NGOs. His observations of common startup development challenges duri
