 nsparency\, communication\, and collaboration across development and opera
 tions. Information flow happens so much better in an inclusive\, psycholog
 ically safe environment (see the 2021 DORA DevOps Report for evidence). Ac
 tive allyship for LGBTQIA+ team members supports a DevOps Culture where th
 ese team members can contribute to the fullest. We depend them being comfo
 rtable sharing their perspectives fully — and we can do that by making t
 he environment welcoming.\n\n### How can I support for the LGBTQIA+ people
  around me?\n\nThere is a lot of talk about pronouns lately\, and that's g
 reat! This starts a conversation\, but there's so much more to identities 
 around gender and sexuality. How can you be an active ally?\n\n### What if
  I actively include LGBTQIA+ people?\n\n😄 **Happier coworkers** \\- Fee
 ling like you truly belong here\\.\n📈 **More Diversity** \\- Your team 
 will sustain greater diversity from actively welcoming and including LGBTQ
 IA\\+ minorities\\.\n\n### What if I ignore inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people?\
