 e rapid feature rollout. However\, with rapid growth in both its user base
  and the range of products it provides\, Ancestry was hard-pressed to ensu
 re that it was achieving optimum performance\, efficiency\, and customer e
 xperience with its cloud applications\, while also efficiently spending th
 eir cloud budget. With tens of thousands of components processing petabyte
 s of data\, there is a lot of room for underutilization and wastage. That 
 leads into the cloud optimization presentation with Amir Sharif from Opsan
 i\, who will review the way Ancestry has leveraged AI to optimize cloud op

  is the VP of Product and Marketing at Opsani. Prior to Opsani\, Amir co-f
 ounded Aporeto in November 2015. Aporeto was a cloud-native security start
 up that was acquired by Palo Alto Networks in November of 2019. Amir start
 ed his career at Sun Microsystems. In 2003\, he joined Topspin Communicati
 ons as a product manager. After the acquisition of Topspin by Cisco System
 s\, Amir joined VMware at the product manager for VMware ESXi. When not wo
 rking on inventing the future in a startup\, Amir enjoys time with his chi
