 e reinvention" by Antoine Craske\n\nIn 2014\, La Redoute has 4 years to re
 invent itself to regain its profitability. Structural transformation was r
 equired to evolve all part of the business and IT\, where DevOps revealed 
 to be a major accelerator for us since then. We are now focused on scaling
  our teams supported by a distributed microservices architecture.\n\nWe in
 tend to share our experience\, practices\, learnings during our transforma
