 Digital Transformation guru\, adept at dissecting the challenges that indi
 viduals and teams have in adapting to change\, and passionate about workin
 g through the issues to enable real innovation to emerge.\n\n7:45pm - Kube
 rnetes and GitOps - Ivan Pedrazas\n\nThis talk tries to explain why the in
 dustry has adopted Kubernetes and how come GitOps is gaining so much veloc
 ity. This talk is about Application lifecycle and business value. It is le
 ss about the Hows and more about the Whys. We will see how CI and CD are e
 volving and what to expect in the near future when adopting patterns like 
 GitOps. This is a good talk to get a clear understanding of what is Kubern
 etes. Not very technical\, but very insightful.\n\nIvan has a background i
 n development and architecture. He has been helping companies like the UK 
 Home Office\, State Street\, Soho House\, or currently at InfluxData to ad
 opt Kubernetes and release better software\, more often. He enjoys designi
 ng and building platforms on distributed systems. Ivan has been running Ku
 bernetes in production for the last four years.\nIvan is very involved in 
 the community and he runs the Kubernetes London Meetup and\, the London Pr
