DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce our 1st event of 2021 for the London
  TAD [Test Automation in DevOps] Community\, and we have decided to run a 
 speaker panel to discuss a hot fusion of topics to understand the combinat
 ion of testing\, automation and robots i.e. what does the human and machin
 e ways of working look like in 2021 and beyond.\n\nOur speakers are all ve
 ry experienced and we are very honoured to have Ragavan\, Steve\, Matt & G
 erd joining us.\n\nRagavan has been in the Software Industry for nearly 20
  years\, working in the test automation space across various domains like 
 Network Management\, Mobile\, E-Commerce sites\, Online Security and Onlin
 e Travel. He love's technology and challenges. His current role gives him 
 the freedom to continue to evaluate and implement new solutions for variou
 s challenges we are facing in the fast-moving test automation domain. Some
  of them are Shift Left\, Machine Learning\, Consumer Driven Contract Test
 ing for microservices/micro-frontends\, Mobile Web Automation\, Cross Brow
 ser Automation to say a few. He has implemented enterprise level automatio
 n infrastructure for test automation\, using open source alternatives. He 
 like's open source tools and he use them and contributes his share of work
  in the form of bug fixes to tools like TLB (Test Load Balancer)\, Cucumbe
 r\, Selenium GridScaler\, SimLauncher\, Selenium. Ragavan mentors and crea
 tes champions. He write's\, speak's and presents his solutions and ideas \
 , that's the way to give back to the community.\n\nSteve is an experienced
  Testing professional\, having worked across a variety of different indust
 ries including Banking\, Trading\, Vehicle Leasing\, Automotive Informatio
 n and B2B data solutions. He is currently Head of Quality Engineering at O
 ctopus Investments\, responsible for the testing approach for a range of f
 inancial products. Testing is something that he enjoys blogging about (www
 .stevethedoc.wordpress.com)\, as well as speaking at conferences\, and wri
 ting the odd magazine article. When he is not testing\, you'll find him pr
 esenting a bi-weekly radio show on a local community FM station in Sussex.

 onal blue-chip companies\, with the majority of it spent in the Telecom & 
 Media industry. Now helping to shape the future of Vodafone Business testi
 ng to meet the demands of increasing speed and agility whilst still improv
 ing quality\, value and risk levels.\n\nGerd is an accomplished executive 
 and product management expert with a solid history of building product man
 agement programs from the ground up at two organizations. Expertise in lea
 ding a product and organization from smaller\, focused scale to #1-in-the-
 market position\, often gaining industry recognition for success. Deep tec
 hnical skills combined with strategic thinking\, capacity building\, and t
 eam leadership proficiency. Well-positioned for a global company with Euro
 pean groups\; holder of dual citizenship in Austria and the United States.
  Direct experience leading companies across a broad geography including US
 A\, Asia\, EU\, and the Middle East. MBA with a doctorate in Technical Sci
