 ails\\.***\n\n**What is this workshop? What are SLOs?**\n\nThe Art of SLOs
  is a workshop developed by Google's Customer Reliability Engineering team
 . The goal of the workshop is to introduce participants to the way Google 
 measures service reliability — in terms of Service Level Indicators (SLI
 s) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) — and give them some hands-on exp
 erience with creating these measures in order to adapt the tools for their
  own unique needs.\n\nThis workshop will be broken down into:\n\n* First d
 ay: Lectures\n* Second day: Practical Exercise (groups of \\~5)\n\nMake su
 re to let us know during signup or the first day if you want to be in a gr
 oup with friend(s)!\n\n**Target Audience**\n\nThe workshop content is rela
 tively technical and primarily aimed at development and operations enginee

 g.com) for five years and currently manages the software engineering unit

  been doing SRE-related work in medium to large healthcare since 2018. He
