  a form of art and this is what happens when you push security into that. 
 Getting people to perform a task they don't want to do is doomed to fail\,
  security tasks included. In my experience\, I realized that you can learn
  a lot about the security mindset of the organization when doing a code re
 view or when asking developers how they tested the application. This sessi
 on will talk about security experts empowering developers versus slowing t
 hem down and I will be sharing specific tips and use cases from my own exp
