 nAbout speakers:\nMarlene Ziobrowski has been learning with and coaching p
 rospering technical teams for 20+ years. An avid communicator\, teaching-a
 nd-learning-researcher and practitioner\, and people-first enthusiast\, sh
 e's an Agile Coaching Institute Certified Teams Transformation Coach (CTTC
 ) and a ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC). Beyond learni
 ng and thriving\, her passions are helping people to identify business val
 ue and cultivate leadership thought to grow powerful people-centric organi
 zations.\n\nJonathan Rozenblit has served in a variety of hands-on and man
 agement roles throughout his technical career. A Certified Agile Leader (C
 AL) and ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC)\, he no
 w uses that experience to serve as an organizational coach working with le
 aders\, product owners\, Scrum masters/team coaches\, and dev team members
  on Agile role mastery and best practices\; multi-team collaboration and s
 olution delivery\; and team and individual high performance.\n\nAs always
